This is the second car we have leased from Groulx. Dan, our salesman, was very knowledgeable about the product and understanding of our desire to drive multiple vehicles. We choose a Terrain with options that was not on the lot nor common. Dan found us the car we wanted and we are very pleased with it.
I own a Chevrolet truck but I always go to Groulx for service. Their service department has always been quick, thorough and courteous. It's a smaller dealer so the people actually remember you when you walk in.

I liked the dealership and the staff was nice and helpful enough. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I wanted a truck with a cap on it and got no assistance in accommodating my needs. Otherwise not bad

I will go back to Groulx for my next Buick. I bought a used 2003 LeSabre Limited several years ago and have never had a problem with it or dealing with them. It's still a smooth ride! The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I haven't needed to go back for service, and that's a good thing.
