truck I went to look at broke on test drive said it would get into the shop first thing the following day gave him my trade info the following day I was more or less ignored when I asked about the truck he would only ask questions about my trade and never respond to my questions then the next day offered me 2k less than the kbb actual cash value for my truck when I told him that his response was I understand all in all I felt like they didn't really want my business I'll be sure to steer my family and friends away from them ... read more

I tried another Monroe dealership (not GMC) once in 1999. Very bad idea. Salesman convinced me if I had any problems with my brand new car, he would take care of it. Boy did I have problems and when I tried to reach him, he no longer worked there. Service department was worthless. I went back to Groulx after that and never looked back. The sales people are some of the best in the business and the service department is top notch. Never a problem! Will never go anywhere else. If you want the best, go to Groulx.
