I've only ever bought three new cars in my life. All of them being GM models, two of them from Groulx Automotive! The service department is the main reason I go there! You don't see different people working there each time you go and that say's it all....Nobody wants to have to visit service departments for any reason but when you do; Groulx takes out much of the anxiety!!
I bought my first Olds from Groulx, a 1966 88. This was back when Wilson Groulx was till operating it and Bill and Bob was still snotty-nosed kids. Been doing business with them ever since. Moved to Maryland in 1990 and they would deliver them to me. Retired in 2000 and moved to Florida and if I'm not on a trip to Michigan to pick up a new one, they will deliver it to me in Florida. I dropped my vehicle off at the scheduled time, and returned to pick it up when I was told. Not only was the vehicle completed on time, but recalls I was unaware of were completed as well. Very happy that they were able to understand that my time is valuable as well. THANK YOU!

Bobby Groulx is wonderful to work with his vast knowledge of the GMC products is amazing. Bobby made learning the large amount of electronic options a breeze! The service staff is wonderful to work with also no more calling to set appointments Sydney is a click away, email her what is needed and it is scheduled and taken care of.
