RecommendedThe parts department was able to look up parts for me by year, make and model. They also had them in stock. The local Chevy dealer wasn’t able to do that, they said them must have the vin to look up parts. I didn’t have the vin on me at the time, but that didn’t matter to groulx! Thank you guys!

Just purchased my first new vehicle in 11 years from Groulx. I was impressed at the level of professionalism from all the staff members, as well as the ease at making my purchase. At no point did I ever feel like I was being pressured to buy something I didn't want. Our salesman, Nick, made sure we weren't going beyond our budget and getting the most for our money. I'll definitely be back next year we replace our second vehicle.
Doug and the service department are great, extremely professional. They are a small shop and are very busy. I attribute that to the fact they do good work and take care of customers.
