I saw Dr Grover once and that was enough. I will never go back there again. She is not someone that I would recommend. Her staff is great it’s just her. She does not care in the lest about you and she makes quick suggestions without hearing your situation.
My purpose in writing this review is primarily to discourage patients from seeking treatment with Dr.Groover. She is very rude and abrasive. I was seeing her for dizziness/seizure activity. She insisted that I check into a mental hospital immediately. I was floored. I left her office in disbelief. She was a friend of the family and I still can hardly believe her behavior. Please don’t waste your time and money with this person.
Very rude and unprofessional. My husband who has 4-5 different mental illnesses was diagnosed with 2-3 of them from her. Her exact quotes " You should have been put on disability at the age of 18." When he applied for disability, they denied him because of her saying he was non-compliant. When for #1: We didn't have the money to continue the services there and #2 She put him on so much medicine he was a zombie (literally took me sometimes over an hr to wake him and still then was not functional.
Horrible Doctor! Better off going to Atlanta or Chattanooga
I saw this lady a few times. I heard her tell her nurse to hurry that she needs to go. I was having side effects from the medication she prescribed. She became very upset and rude. She discontinued all of my meds and put me on a diet. Now I am a wreck. Please do not go to this doctor. You will experience nothing but negligence and sarcasm.
I was referred to this clinic by my neurologist. I was referred 3 weeks ago, never received any info. I called today to make an appt and was told I could not make one until they received the packet. They will not mail another one b/c it is to expensive and are booking 3 months out. The girl. said she would email it to me but I would have to bring it in and then they would schedule me. I work 5 days a week and it will be hard for me to get the packet back. Jumping hoops is not the the help i need
Rude and pushy. I would leave feeling worse than I did when I got there.
I waited over a month to get in. The person I saw said she would call me back that day or the following day after my neurologist appointment. She never called. Even after several attempts at trying to get a hold of someone. They finally said, they could not help me unless I made another appointment. I spent every last penny I have for the appt. And will not have anything extra for a while. It's very disappointing.
Nurse practitioner is great. Totally trust her. I do have a hard time getting prescriptions fille, even though I've never missed a appointment.
