Dr. Groover is amazing. She took time to listen offer up a treatment plan for me. She took time to listen. I did not feel rushed. Her office staff worked together to get me set up. She definitely knows her work. Dr. Groover, thank you. Looking forward to our follow-up meetings.
Doctor Groover is a good doctor. But really hard to get into. She makes no provisions for any new appointments required in a emergency situation. Sometimes you have to wait months. I would say she is non responsive due to being overbooked. Once you get in she is fine. Triage and new patient intake is substandard. Everything else is fine.
Have never had to schedule an urgent appointment
I seen the doctor herself 2 times. I was always seen by Mardee and if she had a question that she couldn’t find in her drug book she would text Dr. Groover. My meds were changed almost every month I was seen. Had bee taking a medication for over 10 yrs. that it simply says DO NOT STOP COLD TURKEY!!!!! Well I was told to stop not gradually. Given a prescription for sleep. I thank GOD I’m still alive. Was told by new Dr. I was very lucky to be alive due to stopping the long term meds cold turkey!,
HORRIBLE . have bipolar depression and didn't want to even talk just wanted to send me out to Colorado to a crazy house for medical marijuana at 8 years old because I was triggered over the passing of my grandfather . Please do not send you're young children here
Absolutely love Dr. G and her staff! Have been feeling much more optomistic and in control since I started seeing her.
I saw Dr. Groover & Meridee for 1.5 years before moving. The office staff are very friendly, and professional. Pros: Blunt and honest, astute, asks incisive questions. Takes a full body approach, balancing all conditions and history while trying to not overmedicate. I trust her diagnoses, and suggestions. Listens well, while keeping appointment on track/subject. Cons: Difficult to get in to see regularly, behind schedule/long wait, would have liked some more resources/explanations on diagnoses.
