Patrick the head chef is great.. service is hit or miss.. when its good its great, but have had some really, really slow service at the bar even when its not busy at all.
I was part of a 22 top right at 12:00 Now I got to give credit to them getting all our food out in a timely manner for an xmas party. They fucked up. The French fries were stale and cold when I got them with my rueban sandwich was soggy and obviously stood under a heat lamp for 15 minutes or more. plus the apps were cold. There should be a separate star rating for food and service. The food was good the service was great! We had a lovely young girl taking care of us who was very sweet, efficient, and personable. If you are going to the Grog ask for Tori!
