Great food-great owner The BEST clam chowder ever! The owner is quite the sweeheart! A definite must to visit. The atomosphere is great and service was awesome!
Great food They have a pretty big menu here. The service isn't great, but the food is AWESOME! I really like their Reuben and their quesadillas. They have a really good white salsa as well. Anything you get on their menu is delicious!! They have great live entertainment if you catch it on a good night.
Try something new Want to try this great appetizer? They are little sweet peppers stuffed with Gorgonzola cheese. It is unbelievable. Along with the variety in their menu, they have typical pub fare as well. They have great entertainment too!
Mismanagement, Violence, & Theivery My wife and I have never been treated more rudely than we were @ The Grog! The food is barely palatable & the service is horrendous!!! Management & security should be reviewed for how they treat customers who've been coming there for years! We've witnessed several fights and had a leather coat and video camera stolen from there, where was security when they were needed! I wouldn't reccomend this establishment to my worst enemy!!!â
Grog has a great atmosphere upstairs We regularly go to the Grog. We enjoy the atmosphere of the second floor bar area for dinner and/or drinks. They have a great first floor area for bands but they do need to change it up a little as they are mostly Blues. (would recommend reggae, irish music, guitar) Their rates are reasonable and would recommend.
