The food was excellent! My family and I went for dinner and then again for lunch the following day! Both time the service was excellent and food was delicious! My favorite was the lobster bisque!
Absolutely one of the best places to eat in Newburyport. We spend our summers on Plum Island and we ALWAYS have to eat at The Grog a few times each summer!
Some of the best oysters in New England, great atmosphere on all three floors, great place to hang out in a great town.
I have gone in here 2x and both times had great food, great drinks and service. It's a great rustic bar type place. Casual and clean. Definitely a place I would recommend.
If only the walls could talk! Say from 1966 to 1984 and maybe more. It has changed a lot!
