We were there for a private function and it was a great time. Food was good, the servers were extremely friendly and drinks were good too!
Always a great time with Parker Wheeler and Friends on Sunday nights! Had a fantastic band, Halloween costumes, and great food, beverage! Bartenders Michele and Chris are fantastic!
LOVE any SUNDAY NIGHT with Parker Wheeler & Friends. My first time there was a few weeks back on a Sunday with some friends and i was so surprised - SO MANY people dancing and having a GREAT time! The last time I was there about 3 weeks ago, I walked in and was led straight to the dance floor - Leon Beal was singing "I Can't get No Satisfaction"!! FUN TIMES!!!!!
Have been going here for years, and when a friend asks where to meet for lunch in Newburyport, I always suggest The Grog. Best bacon cheeseburgers around, with a super friendly staff. Was on the street waiting for a friend yesterday, when I heard a trio of women say "Let's Yelp for a good place to eat." I stepped over and said "Don't bother...Right there (pointing down the street)...The Grog." And off they went.
Very inattentive wait staff!!! Waitress never came back to see if more drinks were needed or wanted. Food took forever and the place was not packed.
Our food has taken at least an hour and we still havent received it. For a couple turkey clubs and a panini �
