Live music events are organized here on certain days and they also cater to private events and functions.

We had Lauren as our server and she was so amazing. We had a great time as a party of 9. She made our dinner special, took time to talk to us, answered questions about the menu and even gave wonderful suggestions! We will definitely come back. Food and drinks were great too!
On of my favorite places for oysters
Disappointing that you can’t enjoy a drink and an appetizer without sitting at the bar.... lots of other, more accommodating, places in Newburyport!

Service for lunch was very good Oysters were only a buck each and lunch was excellent!

Incredible food! Would have been a 5 rating except for the very rude hostess who greeted us.
Decided on a whim to go into the Grog on Mother’s Day. What a great decision. We started with the potato skins. They were great. I had the fish and chips. I am not exaggerating... it was the best fish and chips I’ve had since getting it in England a few years ago. The Cape Codders were excellent. The prices were good, too. Our waitress was fantastic. We had a great time. Thank you!
