My husband and I came here for our anniversary dinner. It is also our first time in New Braunfels. Our service was so awesome. The food was amazing. I got the fresh catch, which was Salmon that night. Steamed veggies and mashed potatoes, no gravy. My husband got the chicken fried steak with gravy and mashed potatoes with gravy. Always a great place to enjoy good food and drinks! Better when the weather is below 80 degrees. Great place to eat in Gruene, especially if you have never been!
Really good chicken fried steak. I got the side of mashed potatoes and hubby got the Gruene beans. Both were really good. Service was good. My only complaint was tea tasted a bit weak. My young boys enjoyed the kid's meal.
Never disappointed, I've tried something different every time I've been there and the food and service is always great. Great date night place as well.

Service could be better. Lots of young college types that talk about each other behind their backs (Servers). That was annoying. The food was good except for my wife's green beans which were salty. View was excellent.
