Best fried chicken, mashed potatoes! Nice outdoor atmosphere and service was great for such a busy evening!
The food was good as always. We were seated on the lower level where it looks like they shoved in a table that leaned down hill causing a drink to spill. The stench from garbage was so bad we could not eat our food there. We ended up taking food to go and hearing up from home 2 hrs away. Disappointing trip.
This place is absolutely amazing, full of different level decks and foliage overlooking the Comal. Food is great and prices are very reasonable.
Excellent trout! Very good customer service. Potato salad and coke slaw were both excellent. So why not a five? We asked for two bread rolls since we always eat bread with fish. Waitress was eager to please but brought us two hamburger buns. They were hot but come on----hamburger buns? We highly recommend this restaurant.
The view was breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure that you were well taken care of. The price that was on the menu was not the price that you were charge at time of checkout. The ribs were fantastic, however the spinach -artichoke dip appetizer was not good at all and the sides that came with the ribs was very sub par. The view did make up for the low quality food.

Always love this place. So unique an fun to stop at when we are in the area. Had the Cajun catfish and it was delicious. Their onion rings and root beer floats are awesome too.
LOVE IT! BOMB ONION RINGS AND DELICIOUS STEAK AND LEMONADE.
We loved it!!! We had the best meal ever in here. The food was excellent!! The steak was juicy, and the rainbow trout fish was cooked to the perfection. The mashed potatoes tasted like it was coming from a loving mom's kitchen. The scene was beautiful. And our server was so on top of everything. Will come back! That's for sure. Thank you so much for everything.
