The onion rings are good, definitely Texas-size. Don't if you have life's less than 6 people don't order the Texas plate of them. The baby back ribs are great. The buffalo wings are big and battered, good but have a little fat.

We always have a great experience at the Gristmill. They've really grown up over the years. Our server was attentive and the food was great. One of my favorite places in all of Texas!!
After an amazing day at schlitterbaun, our family headed to the gristmill! And let me tell you, by far the best onion rings, Texas torpedoes, and ahi tuna I have ever had! My husband had the ribs and the meat just fell right off, the kids devoured their burgers that had queso dripping off the sides. staff was on point, from taking your name at the entrance, the girls at the outside bar. Good food...good folks....wish it wasn't so hot/humid
Atmosphere and service was awesome! We sat outside overlooking the river. Food was great. Loved the fried shrimp & sautéed squash and zucchini. Onion rings are a must!!
Had the worst service ever but the food was off the charts good!!
