This used to be my husband's favorite restaurant in Rexburg. However they've changed the original red sauce which he used to Rave about and last night we went and it wasn't very crowded we got there at 7 o'clock and didn't get served until 7:50 there were tons of waitresses running around doing nothing and there were tables and needed to be bussed and waitresses walking back and forth ignoring them. Sounds like management has a problem.

Lisa, thanks for letting me know about the issue. We have not changed the red sauce, we did go to a gluten free sauce a few years back but we went back to regular over 2 years ago. I sincerely apologize about the service. There is no excuse for poor service. I will make sure to visit with our crew immediately on this issue.
