They have good food, but the service is terrible. We can be seated and wait 15 mins before someone comes to find out what we want to drink or even acknowledge that we were seated. Then it takes another 15 mins for the drinks to come. Refills, extra napkins, etc are often forgotten or you have to go find someone to get them after you have asked. Service is consistently the problem. Probably one of the worst restaurants that we go to for service. We only go when we get a real craving for their food.
Terrible service and unimpressed with their food.I paid $10 for a bean and cheese burrito that I could have made better myself with dollar store ingredients. Bland food overall and everything is over priced for the quality of the food. My husband knows that I always take home left overs because I think leaving food on your plate is a waste of money but this time I didn’t even want to take the unappetizing food home. I apologise you had a bad experience tonight, if you remember your servers name I would like to get them trained better so we don't have these issues, as for the food , I'm sorry it wasn't good for you. Sometimes it takes me a few tries to find something I like at restaurants, just know I am sorry, service issue will be fixed. And thank you for your input.
We ordered take out since we have a newborn, and didnt want to have him get hungry at the resturant. They told us 10 to 15 minutes to pick up. We waited and then went to pick up. After sitting at the resturant for another 20 minutes they tell us it will be an additional 15 minutes for our food. Totalling about 50 minute wait. By that point my baby was hungry we were hungry and we no longer wanted to wait. They told us sorry but our order kept getting bumped because they were busy inside.
