I had previously left a positive review and I even used to defend Gringos against others on local Facebook pages, but tonight has changed my position. All the rice and beans were burnt or super dry,(maybe both) the kids cheese quesadilla wasn’t even melted. When we brought it to their attention we were offered ice cream. The staff seemed more concerned with cleaning than helping customers. We are/where repeat customers not sure if we’ll be back.
Great Atmosphere m, the food was delicious and the employees were hilarious and knowledgeable. Quick and not expensive.
I come from the southwest so I am a fan of Mexican food and I tend to be a hard critic of it. The salsa was water downed and bland. Had no spice to it. None of the sauces on the food were spicy or flavorful. Portions were small for the prices. Rice was bland. Tables around us were left dirty and not picked up. Food took forever.

This place is absolutely amazing! I've been coming here for years now and I love everything about it. The food is great, and I've had great service there. The staff is very upbeat and attentive to my needs.

Went in at 2:30 today. We stood at the front waiting for someone to seat us forever. Then we waited forever for the waitress to take our order. Extremely slow service and the food was sub par at best. They used to have great food and excellent service. I'm not sure what happened but the last few times we have been here, it has been absolutely terrible. Probably won't be coming back.
