We showed up and saw maybe 2 other tables with people at them. After we were seated and ordered it took over an hour to get our food. Half of the table received their food and were done eating by the time the rest of us received our warm not sizzling fajitas. I thought it was kind of a joke and so far the worst authentic mexican restaurant I've eaten at. The salsa was good though. It has that going for it.

Food was great! However, our server Riley was terrible! Waited over 10 minutes for our plates to be taken away and then slams the check on our table asking if we need anything else; nothing about desert or anything. Good food, but rude and extremely slow service.

I absolutely love Gringos. The best place to eat in Rexburg. The best part was our server Becca. She was on top of everything!
Wife and I went for the first time this last Friday and we will definitely be returning. I had the chilli Colorado burrito, she had a combination plate with taquitos and enchiladas, plus we had nachos and fried ice cream. Our service was quick and friendly and the food was delicious. We were super impressed.
