The best service hands down. After waiting maybe 10 min for our appetizer the manager came to our table and apologized for the wait and comped our appetizer fee. Our waitress apologized as well as the assistant manager. We really didn't think that we had waited long at all but we're very gracious for the gesture. Number one service in Birmingham thus far. We will be back. ��

So we ordered steaks, both med rare. Waited 30 min - & no one's here. So it came, & mine was, no lie, med well. So I was telling him about it, but was saying that I was fine to eat it - it just wasn't what I ordered; I didn't want to wait another 30 min while Sharon ate. He insisted on bringing me a new one, saying I could take them home. So I said ok, & watched Sharon eat. Took another 15 min - & they brought it to me boxed up to take home. �
The food was amazing! My husband and I had a great experience! He & I are music buffs & recognized several pretty obscure songs. We asked the manager (Chris) and he apparently just has really good taste! We'll definitely be back. The food was delicious.
*First and last time experience.* We arrived there and waited for ten minutes after being seated. No one ever came to our table to get our drink orders. Others were seated after us and were immediately served by the servers. This puzzled me because I saw the servers all huddled together for several minutes prior to the other aforementioned patrons arriving.
