Amazing, Patient and Caring Doctor Dr.Payne is so wonderful I had the best experience with her I only wish I would have gone to her sooner. She is Caring, informative and personal she has a great sence of humor and is a joy to see. Worst Staff Ever! Good Doctor I like Dr. Griffin. She's a very no nonsense doctor who knows what she's doing. She explains everything and makes solid recommendations. Her staff, on the other hand, is HORRIBLE. They are rude, cold and not at all accommodating. Shannon is the worst. I've never been treated more poorly at a doctor's office. Pam G Dr Griffin, Shannon and staff are wonderful. Both my teenage son and I are patients of Dr Griffin. I have NEVER had to wait more than 5 minutes and she has been my doctor for a number of years. Unlike other celebrity dermatologists in the Los Angeles that I have seen (Dr Shamban and Dr Bussell), who only want you to see their nurse or physician Assistant, Dr Griffin takes time with you and does not rush. They only care about their pocketbooks, not about you. If you want to be seen here, WITH INSURANCE, they want HUNDREDS up front. I have NEVER EVER heard of such greediness from a doctors office! So, yeah, I have insurance, and then they want me to pay FULL PRICE FOR A VISIT? I already pay hundreds a month for my insurance, and now you want me to pay a few hundred more? Fabulous Doctor! I am a patient of Dr. Griffin. She's an amazing Doctor who clearly knows what she is doing. For all you cry babies complaining about being rescheduled for being late or not being able to squeeze in an appointment .. here's a suggestion, why don't you go to the 300 other doctors on the west side that would love to make you wait over an hour for your appointment because of the 30 other people before you that were running late!
Misdiagnosis I've been going to Dr. Vu for a couple of years and, although I found her friendly and caring, she misdiagnosed me twice and I had to insist to get a referral to see a specialist. Because of her misdiagnosis and difficulty in obtaining a referral, my condition has become cronic. Great family doctor and office We were all very happy with this small office. Dr Walls was able to see me for my back problems, my wife for her issues, and even our kids for their check ups. Would def recommend to other families for medical care!
mrs. I have been a patient of Dr. Dugel's for the past 20 years. I would absolutely trust no other doctor with my eyes. As a retired nurse at Little Co. of Mary, I was keenly aware of Dr. Dugel's outstanding reputation in the community. Many physicians told me of his outstanding clinical acumen and superb surgical skills. He performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes and my husband's eyes and we owe our wonderful quality of life to him, he is a truly gifted, fine, caring human being.
Stay Away Stay far far away from Dr Griffin. When I was 8 months pregnant with a horrible pregnancy rash that required me to see the doctor right away, her staff refused to squeeze me in for an emergency appointment. The staff was rude and unhelpful.
