Stay Away Stay far far away from Dr Griffin. When I was 8 months pregnant with a horrible pregnancy rash that required me to see the doctor right away, her staff refused to squeeze me in for an emergency appointment. The staff was rude and unhelpful.
Bad Staff at Dr. Griffin's office Horrible Staff. Bad reaction to medicine subscribed by the doctor, tried to get an appointment. Could not get an appointment the day. After four days of waiting, major attitude from the secretary. I would stay away from the place!
Stay Away! Stay away from this office! I had a horrible reaction to medicine given to me by the doctor. I could not get a follow up appointment despite calling many times. The staff was extremely rude. I could go on for many paragraphs about my experience but I will spare you, just stay away! The doctor is average but her staff is so horrible to deal with it is not worth your time or money.
Caring, Compassionate Derm.- Highly Reccomended I've moved out of state and I miss Dr. Griffin so much. If you are looking for a compassionate dermatologist who will give you practical and solid advice, you will love Dr. Griffin. Shannon Well you may or may not have already read the reviews online about myself, that horrible Office Manager. I must say that it's very unfortunate that some people have no concept of running on time but they sure have plenty of time to go online & write reviews. Since when do people like to wait in a doctors office? I run a very efficient office and I am very specific on timing so that we may accommodate 40+ patients per day. Dr. Griffin is a LiveSaver! I have been a patient of Dr. Griffin's for over five years now and I highly reccomend her to everyone. (My boyfriend is now a patient, as well.) She is great at what she does and has now caught three of my moles which probably would have turned to skin cancer had they not been detected. She is very kind and gentle. NEVER GO HERE! If I could give a zero star review of Dr. Griffin and her staff I would. My experience with her office has been a never ending horror story.
Look Elsewhere THE WORST STAFF I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! I would advise all who are considering to stay away. Rude and extremely unprofessional. Dr. Griffen seemed knowledable, and was nice enough...but there are plenty of dermatologists in this city, no need to deal with a bad-mannered front office.
