Terrible Offfice Policy and Staff Sorry to say this doctor's policies and office staff make it impossible to see her. To begin with, it takes a long time to schedule an appointment. After waiting a month to see her, I drove 45 minutes in a torrential rain storm to get there. Parking is difficult in the area but the rain made it twice as difficult. As a result, I was 15 minutes late. 15 minutes! And they wouldn't see me. The receptionist was very difficult.
Great doctor and office staff After reading several of these negative reviews, I find it difficult to believe they are speaking about the same office I have been going to for several years. I am an RN, and did a great deal of research before finding Dr. Griffin. She is a first rate dermatologist, and I find her staff to be just as wonderful as she is. title? I don't understand the negative reivews. I have been to Dr. Griffin twice, 4 years apart, and find her to be exceptional. She is thorough, actually listened to me and did not condescend when I mentioned that I read about my condition online (most doctors disdain this), treated me, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions without rushing through. Michelle C. Amazing Doctor! Dr. Griffin really knows her stuff! Cleared up my situation instantly! I saw instant results and my treatment didn't break the bank! Dr. Griffin is incredibly knowledgeable, polite and professional with wonderful staff and amazing office team! Her office manager even sent me some samples that weren't even scheduled to come in for a few weeks and she completely remembered and sent them to me once they came in! What a fantastic lady! Wonderful Facility and Doctors My family was been with Facey Medical and until a year ago when we had to change medical plans. Now we're back. The doctors and this new facility on Seco are great.
Dr. Bernstein is the best! I have been seeing Dr. Bernstein for 8 years and can truly say he is an amazing Dr. I am an RN and I prefer to see no other doctor if at all possible. All of the doctors at this location are good, but Dr. Bernstein is not only an excellent practitioner, he also has a good bedside manner and he takes excellent care of his patients.
People who care Every time I have been to this Facey facility I have had great experiences all the way from the receptionists to the doctors. I appreciate that they use computers to keep track of your medical history. Everything is right there and they update your medical history each visit. I love our doctor is friendly and takes his time with you. He follows up and will call you at home if he thinks of something else that might be helpful to you that was not covered during the appointment. Highly recommend them.
We Love Dr. Connolly! We have been taking my son to him for most of his life, all my cousins go to him and he was my Dr. growing up. He really takes the time to go over my concerns and does everything he can to make my son comfortable. He is an excellent doctor whom we trust.
Rude and confused staff I tried several times to schedule an EKG as ordered by my doctor. The office had me call my doctor and send her chart notes. They then called my doctor and confirmed receipt of the order and said they don't take new patients and that I needed to go to Providence. I called asking for clarification, and a very rude receptionist told me that I didn't know where I was getting my information, they take new patients, and that I have to have my doctor send her chart notes.
