Terrible Offfice Policy and Staff Sorry to say this doctor's policies and office staff make it impossible to see her. To begin with, it takes a long time to schedule an appointment. After waiting a month to see her, I drove 45 minutes in a torrential rain storm to get there. Parking is difficult in the area but the rain made it twice as difficult. As a result, I was 15 minutes late. 15 minutes! And they wouldn't see me. The receptionist was very difficult.
Great doctor and office staff After reading several of these negative reviews, I find it difficult to believe they are speaking about the same office I have been going to for several years. I am an RN, and did a great deal of research before finding Dr. Griffin. She is a first rate dermatologist, and I find her staff to be just as wonderful as she is. title? I don't understand the negative reivews. I have been to Dr. Griffin twice, 4 years apart, and find her to be exceptional. She is thorough, actually listened to me and did not condescend when I mentioned that I read about my condition online (most doctors disdain this), treated me, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions without rushing through. Michelle C. Amazing Doctor! Dr. Griffin really knows her stuff! Cleared up my situation instantly! I saw instant results and my treatment didn't break the bank! Dr. Griffin is incredibly knowledgeable, polite and professional with wonderful staff and amazing office team! Her office manager even sent me some samples that weren't even scheduled to come in for a few weeks and she completely remembered and sent them to me once they came in! What a fantastic lady! Dr. Griffin must love that Shannon I'd like to say that I had an amazing experience w/ Dr. Griffin, in fact I'd like to say that I had a chance to actually meet her. Unfortunately Shannon turned me off from even going to the office. She's combative and aggressive w/ a smile. Worst Staff Ever! Good Doctor I like Dr. Griffin. She's a very no nonsense doctor who knows what she's doing. She explains everything and makes solid recommendations. Her staff, on the other hand, is HORRIBLE. They are rude, cold and not at all accommodating. Shannon is the worst. I've never been treated more poorly at a doctor's office. Pam G Dr Griffin, Shannon and staff are wonderful. Both my teenage son and I are patients of Dr Griffin. I have NEVER had to wait more than 5 minutes and she has been my doctor for a number of years. Unlike other celebrity dermatologists in the Los Angeles that I have seen (Dr Shamban and Dr Bussell), who only want you to see their nurse or physician Assistant, Dr Griffin takes time with you and does not rush. Fabulous Doctor! I am a patient of Dr. Griffin. She's an amazing Doctor who clearly knows what she is doing. For all you cry babies complaining about being rescheduled for being late or not being able to squeeze in an appointment .. here's a suggestion, why don't you go to the 300 other doctors on the west side that would love to make you wait over an hour for your appointment because of the 30 other people before you that were running late!
