I stopped by for a simple service, manager was gently enough to let me know that my tires were pretty bad, so the next day I head to a tires store to get some new ones. At the tires shop I got called to see my car, oil absolutely everywhere, I head back to ****** and I'm told, oh yeah mechanic saw that and clean it up a bit, first of all. I was interested in an advertised vehicle. I was called to make an appointment to see it. I confirmed and when I arrived the vehicle wasn't to be found. They said it went to auction. I was angry and asked why it was confirmed as available? There job is to get you here the girl at the desk answered.. I was angry but left. A couple of weeks later the same vehicle is again advertised with a price reduction.
