Me and my uncle went in looking for a used low mileage certified truck and were able to get it at this dealer. Not much of haggle, and they stuck to the quote that they gave us over the phone. After driving back home (*****) we noticed right away that right after surpassing 70mph on the highway the truck had a very strong vibration and it rattled a lot. Extremely disappointed with this dealership's dishonest practices. I was assured over the phone that the specific vehicle I wanted was available at the advertised price. However, upon arrival at the dealership, I discovered this was not true. Would NEVER buy from them again !! Had two issues with an automobile I just purchased from them. I called multiple times to ask to speak to a service manager, to only be transferred multiple times or just get *************************** voice message machine. Their service is horrible, and I will never recommend them to anyone else.

The dealership offered a pre-paid auto service package (Oil Change) that it could be used in any authorized FORD dealer across the nation. We went for service this week to FORD in Fort Pierce and service was denied due to the fact that they had not received payment for Delray Beach FORD location from the preciously 2 services done and that therefore we could not get the car serviced. This place is absolute trash! My husband and I bought our first certified pre-owned car at Grieco **** of Delray about four years ago and we couldnt be happier with it. Ive always told people about what a great experience we had. We bought our second certified pre-owned car from them about three weeks ago and the experience could NOT have been more different. A few days after we got it home, it started leaking transmission fluid. We brought it back for inspection and they have now had it for three weeks. I bought a car with ****** **** it has 3 months and they havent register my car. Now they cant issue me another temporary plate and now Im paying for a car I cant use because it not register. And they are not willing to help me with anything. So here an advise for the future buyer dont buy cars from them because they will wow you until you get the car afterwards they can care less!

Buyers Beware!!!!! Please avoid this car group at all cost.I purchased a brand new vehicle with supposedly 12 miles noticed the next day vehicle had over 350+. Vehicle immediately had issues in less then 4 months the vehicle has been out of service over 15 days they refuse to stand by product they sold. I spent over 50k on a vehicle that's had numerous issues will be contacting the Attorney General next!!!!

If you are thinking of buying a car from this dealer, think hard and fast. They dont care about you other than getting paid. I bought a car and needed the title to be cleared which since it is electronic, takes only 24 hours. No one calls back or responds. It has been almost a week with still no response. The enthusiasm on the phones is amazingly horrible, like they are working in a torture chamber when you call.
