Lived at one of their properties for about 2 years. They had taken over the property near the end of my lease. While there were maintenance issues and office turnover with the first management company, it got worse under Greystone. I remembered I had reached out to them to let them know that there was no maintenance and the HVAC systems were old and constantly breaking, leaving us without a/c in the summer and heat in the winter on multiple occasions.
