Pet restrictions are crazy and they own so many properties, everybody just lies or sneaks their dogs in, but when you’re honest about it they deny you straight up. Broken system.
Lived at one of their properties for about 2 years. They had taken over the property near the end of my lease. While there were maintenance issues and office turnover with the first management company, it got worse under Greystone. I remembered I had reached out to them to let them know that there was no maintenance and the HVAC systems were old and constantly breaking, leaving us without a/c in the summer and heat in the winter on multiple occasions. Worst management ever!! @ Trinity Ridge apartments in Raleigh NC The manager actually had the nerve to alter my rent check- yes I got police involved. But some of the residents are nice however, lately it’s become a refuge for homeless more than elderly on sec8. That being said, since it is Section 8 and homeless of course management isn’t going to care like a normal apartment complex. You get what you pay for or in some cases don’t have to pay for.
