They do nothing for you except run the old company line they arent legally responsible for your safety or the safety of your belongings. I have had countless issues with my complex and greystar is more of a black hole where you throw away your concerns regardless of how urgent they may be
I would give them zero stars if I could. We were charged for a pet cleaning fee because they said that there was a stain under the carpet! Nothing on the carpet and furthermore, we did not have a pet! They actually threatened for us to have to pay for new carpet. If they wanted us to be responsible for something under the carpet that is not visible, then they need to show us under the carpet before we move in or at move-in and have a sign something. Giving one star is being very kind.
Property Manager changed my locks to my apartment without notifying me. Making it an illegal eviction/constructive eviction. The company is called prose new hope spoke to regional manager she agree with what the property manager did horrible company they don’t even know the difference between an move out sheet and an written authorization letter that state upon surrendering keys stay away form grey star!
PLEASE do something about the cigarette smoke PLEASE, i am very allergic to this, if i knew what was coming I would have bought something prior and remove cigarette odor myself, beofre move in day. I'm at the Timbers Apartments
