My Daughter went to him with a tumor at the base of her Esophagus, She explained to him she was having pain in that area, He called her a liar and told her those do not hurt, He was in such a hurry, he never explained anything to her, His bedside manner was the worst i have ever seen, Most Doctors understand that when you have something in your body that does not suppose to be there it can cause pain, Dr. Olds does not understand anything but what he says. Dr Olds was attentive, personable and prompt for my upper and lower procedure. The Galen East staff was kind, respectful and honestly I couldn’t ask for better customer service. Surprising , considering it was a medical procedure.
No don’t listen to you I have been several times and he had nothing for me.Left the way I came in
I was told about Dr. Olds from a friend mine who he had save from having a major surgery by removing his polyp with a scope instead of with big operation. Dr. Olds made the effort to personally call and urge me to realize that I needed to have a Whipple operation now to gain the most benefits. I have great respect for him as a doctor and more importantly as a caring human being. I totally trust his judgement. He is the reason I am alive today. Thanks doctor for caring.
Very nice doctor, personable and respectful.
Very condescending and seemed put out at answering any questions about the procedure.
He found my husbands Crohn's after he has suffered for years and no one could find a reason for his symptoms.
