We took our 2011 Prius in for some major repair work on the rear end of the car after a pickup truck slammed into the back of it while it was stopped behind a school bus! The personnel is friendly, courteous, and helpful. Their work is careful and very well done. They completed this work in the time frame that we were given. I recommend them without reservation!
I came in after visiting another Cadillac dealership since I live in HS. A young gentlemen named Gaylord or Gaylon came out extremely pushy, rude and almost to the point of being obnoxious when I explained I had already priced the car on the internet. Bottom line I went back to Parker in LR. Mr. Orr, you seriously need to teach your employees how to treat people .
Our experience with ORR, just last week, was everything we expect from a dealership. Our sales people, Frank Smith and Aaron, were polite, knowledgeable, and willing to make a good deal. Frank sat with me in the car, explaining about All the new bells and whistles staring me in the face. Car sales people can be quite intimidating but the ones we dealt with at Orr were a pleasure. As is our Cadillac!!
