I've bought a used 2008 Lexus is250 from here and I'm barely on the third month of ownership and the car is already having issues. I can't get the car to start up and once it does, it immediately dies and won't crank afterwards. I was at stop light on a small incline and the car died as soon as i press the gas. I haven't even own the car long enough to do an oil change and it's already an unreliable car. Never using this dealership again.
Worse experience ever, purchases a Cadillac Escalade. Steven Hanke was salesman. Not trustworthy. Service after the sale was also horrible. Need to be able to have negative stars. Find another dealership. We have used Orr Chevrolet in Texarkana for the past 5+ vehicles. Always good service. Too bad Maurice Orr doesn’t sell Cadillacs.
When we arrived at Orr Cadillac we just barely had gotten out of our car, and Mr. Frank Smith was right there eager to help, very pleasant to talk with, very knowledgeable of what we wanted, and what was on his lot for sale. He let us look about with ease, no pressure. Everyone was ready to help if you needed anything. While we were waiting for our sales documents to be prepared. I decided to go get coffee, and there was an salesperson who offered to make fresh coffee...Just everyone was very accommodating...
Teamwork with class, experience and knowledge. Steve Hanke found the perfect vehicle for me by listening and being attentive to every detail. I'm very happy with my GMC.
Financed us when no one else would! Got a good price, and very friendly and helpful.
