I would recommend Gregg Orr Cadillac to anyone whether buying a car or getting your car serviced. They went over and above helping me. I left there very happy after each experience I had with them. Their staff is very efficient and courteous. Their service department is awesome.
BEWARE !!! Orr's GAP insurance doesn't pay. They waited for 7 months after the insurance settled on my totaled vehicle then gave the bank $1000. They said the past 7 months were now " all late payments" and they were not liable. They also deducted accessories that were not on the vehicle from the factory. THIS IS A VERY DISHONEST COMPANY. They'll also keep you contract for almost 30 days before they give your copy.... You do not get to see what you signed.

Our salesman Mike Williams and sales manager Alan Winkle were super nice and very knowledgeable. This our second Escalade we bought from them. The finance manager Robert Hortman was very efficient and got us out quickly. Another thing that helped us decide to go back to Gregg Orr Cadillac. Very profession group.
My sales rep was Mike and his customer service was through the roof. Spoke to me like a friend and not just pushing me to a car. Unfortunately the specific car I wanted was already in the process of being sold. Not his fault I just missed the window. Would definitely recommend and make sure you ask for Mike.
My first time purchasing a vehicle and they made the experience great. Roy was my salesman. He did an outstanding job and so did his fellow coworkers. From the financing department to the salesmen, everyone was friendly and helpful. Most definitely looking forward to doing business with them in the future!!!
I would recommend going to Colton Hooper at Gregg Orr! Him and the staff there do everything they can to try and get you in something you’ll love and they’re very willing to work with everyone! They went above and beyond for me! It’s a great place!
