Greg & Lou’s Family Restaurant was established in 1983 by Louis and Rachel Kanan (mom and dad) and their son Greg and his wife Debbie. Bought as a Mini Mart with groceries and a small eatery it gradually became a full dine in restaurant as it is today. In 1996 Louis and Rachel retired and Greg has continued the tradition of good home cooked food and a family atmosphere. Delicious food (those bread sticks😍),quick service and friendly staff, who could ask for more? I live in Midland and whenever I am down this way I always stop in, what I wouldn’t give to have a place like this up here.😋
We have been to Greg and Lous a few times since we recently moved to Michigan and we just love it! Our kids love their Fettuccine Alfredo and garlic bread. My husband usually gets something off their breakfast menu and always enjoys it. Last week I had the Grilled Maryann with Ranch fries and we split a cup of French onion soup. Oh my gosh so darn good!

sweet potato fry sauce was disgusting. I'll never order those there again. Other than that they got some pretty good food though.

Great staff, home feel, EXCELLENT food and prices!!! Their omelets are our favorite breakfast item!!!!
