Excellent dental practice. They are the best. Tory makes you feel at ease and tells you what she is doing. Constantly asks if you are ok. Sweet group of professionals.
I’ve always been terrified of the dentist, due to having a very bad experience when I was younger. Dr. Ackerman and his amazing staff makes the experience fun and pleasant for my kids and I. You feel welcomed as soon as you walk in, and you experience a lot of laughs. Even when the bill comes! They make it easier on your pockets with modest prices, or even a payment plan!!! Schedule an appointment with Greenwood Family Dentistry and go see Dr. Ackerman you won’t be disappointed, and no he is not heavy handed!!!

I have never been disappointed with the treatment I've received at Greenwood Family Dentistry. The entire staff goes above and beyond in their care and compassion they show me each time I'm there. Everyone there makes me feel comfortable from the time I walk in the front door. Dr. Ackerman has those "magic hands" that keep me from becoming unhinged while he deadens my mouth. Just moved to SC from MD, needed a crown and regular service. Dr. Ackerman and staff are wonderful.
Anyone who knows me also knows dentist appointments have NEVER been my favorite "necessary evil"......but GFD's professional, friendly and caring staff always make it such a pleasant experience!!! I highly recommend Dr Ackerman and his staff!!!!
