Very professional and caring staff.
I've been a patient at this office for many years and have always left happy. The team is attentive to my concerns and takes the time to listen to what I have to say. The level of professionalism shown by all is a plus!
The receptionists are always very nice and courteous. I have never seen them without a smile. Dr. Ackerman clearly loves his job, and is great at it!
I had my first visit with Dr. Ackerman and his staff today. I must say, the online reviews I read prior didn't lie. He has the friendliest staff, he is so patient and thorough. Both he and his staff really take time with their patients. You can clearly see that your health and goals are very important to them. It was the most detailed exam I have ever experienced. I'm so happy I have found a new dental home! That's saying a lot because I have a history of avoiding the dentist.
I could give this group of people a 5 star everyday. They made me feel very comfortable knowing I hate shots. I couldn't ask for a better Dentist. Wilson & the ladies Yall ROCK!!!
I have a lot anxiety when it comes to going to dentist but they made me feel more ease. They were very friendly, did a good job explaining things to me, and treated me with respect.
Always a great experience and I never dread going to the dentist. The staff are professional, timely and very friendly!
As one who has always dreaded the trip to the dentist, I am thrilled to say that I now look forward to my visits. The ladies who clean my teeth are thorough and gentle and Dr Ackerman is the best! He’s straight forward, honest and very careful to be gentle. Great experience!
This is probably the cleanest dentist office in Greenwood. The hygienist had a tough job with my teeth but she did it!
