Paradise Management company is really horrible! Bozzuto was way better! One of the main reasons I left was because of Paradise Management and even after I left they did prove us right! They are HORRIBLE! I don't recommend them to anyone!

No complaints at all! Very nice place to live. Extremely quiet and well maintained property. Large floor plans, upgraded kitchens with granite countertops, fireplace, gym, clubhouse, and private theater. Not to mention they will accept your packages at the office and email you when they have arrived. And if that doesn't make you decide to live here the Smart Rent program is a nice incentive.
The new management company is horrible, nothing like Bozzuto.
Paradise Management took over in December 2018. Note there are no recent reviews. This is no longer a nice community. The company is uncaring and unresponsive. They never call you back (after 3 months of complaints and problems), including after contacting their corporate office in PA.
What a great place to live. I've had many bad experiences at apartments, but Greenwich Place breaks the norm. Granted we are paying quite a bit for rent but I think it is worth the money. It is quiet, I never hear anything from my neighbors, and everyone is very friendly. All of the units are updated and very nice. Some of the best management I've experienced, they know me by name?
