Nasty service writer Greenway Ford has a good selection of cars and trucks. We have bought 2 vehicles from Greenway Ford. The buying process is long, even on a csh deal. They try to talk you into a lease, even when you want to pay cash. The service department is OK, but there is one nasty service writer there. When I went to pick up my car the cost was 200 dollars more than I was quoted in the first place. Bodyshop They were supposed keep both myself and the car rental company informed on the status of my car repairs. They did neither. I had no idea what was going on with my car AND I had Enterprise calling to see when I was returning their car! Very much a headache. Over-all repairs were okay buy was originally told it would take 3 days and ended up taking a full 7 day week.
