Very rude staff and dr. Very belittling when we brought in a stray kitten that had hit by a car. Will not be back with any of our fur babies.

Dr. Berry is an amazing doctor. Calls to check on your animal's on his weekend off. Works with you on bills. I would recommend him to anyone. My whole family take all of our animal's to him. He is not in it for the money, he truly loves his job!!
I made it quite clear to Mr Berry that I wanted separate parvo & distemper shots for my dog, as the multi-shot vaccines contain unnecessary shots which can be dangerous. He came into the room with only one shot. I stated again that I only wanted parvo & distemper, to which he replied ok, that's what this shot has in it. I then asked if it contained anything else, to which he replied yes, telling me the names of other vaccine it contained - he was blatantly trying to deceive me into having a multi-shot vaccine because he does... read more
