Worst property & worst property management company ever. Case and associates does not care about their residents at all, and are fake. All they do is continually talk about their residents behind their back and make them look like they are the problems. They continue to put their tenants health on the line with the copious amount of black mold on the property that they are aware of but have been told to cover it up. I love the staff, the maintenance team are great and my one bedroom apartment is awesome. Think I'm gonna love it here. Just wish the dog owners would pick up their own dogs poop. That is very unhealthy for all dogs. I'm putting my dog on heartworm medicine.
I came home today and my door was unlocked and open. This is not the 1st time. They always claims no reason Maintenance should have been there. I KNOW I LOCKED MY DOOR! I ALWAYS TRIPLE CHECK! Also Pest/Maintenance have entered my apartment without knocking or announcing themselves. Arkansas is a stand your ground state. If I come home and my door is unlocked I am going to check it with my weapon locked and cocked. If anyone enters without announcing themselves or knocking, I am shooting.
Currently living here and we absolutely love it!! Staff is friendly and we love our neighbors. Not our permanent home BUT for now it is home and we are blessed!!!!
They screwed up the money owed twice for 2 occasions since 1/18/2020.My leaking window though is still leaking. This makes the 5th time I've called about it too. They used the whole excuse it's a apartment and things go bad. Ummm...you took my security deposit that went into escrow for a first floor place to put me on a different floor without notice, bad ant issue, making me pay a full month of rent for my prorated, a cockroach, car broken into and tools stolen, 5x leaking window issue, dog poop everywhere, dog's off leashe... read more

Parking was ALWAYS an issue here. They don't offer any designated parking, and if you arrive home anytime after 6, plan on walking a good way. I even had to park across the street a few times due to no spots. Also, the "security" gates are an absolute joke. I lived here for two years and I think that the amount of time BOTH gates were fully functioning was MAYBE a couple of months. Finally, you pay a $100 redecoration fee when you move in that is supposed to cover any holes in the walls, (filling & repainting). However..they... read more
