If your planning to move to Maumelle I DO NOT recommend these apts. the office manager and her assistant are some of the rudest people. My air conditioner went out in July and it took them longer than a month to fix it and only offered 2 nights in a hotel. It got up to 89 degrees in the apt. They take forever to complete maintenance request. You have to continually call the office for them to complete it but they still do a terrible job. Loved my experience living at Tuscany! Very clean and quiet complex. My neighbors were awesome and every interaction with the leasing staff was phenomenal. Oh and the response to Maintenace request was superb! Highly recommend living here!!!

This is definitely the worse complex I’ve ever lived. Maintenance request never gets completed. Maintenance man just banged on my door about a request I put in a couple months ago. I had a note place on my for for a damaged blinds but mind you only the corner of one was damaged. But as I look out of my window at the building across from me, their whole set of blinds is damaged. There is a window a/c unit in the window and a big red blanket up to the window. I got complained because my 1 year old child was running through the... read more

I would never recommend these apartments! these apartments are managed by scammers who make false claims and try and make up false damages when you move out! I am going to have to start my review here and finish it in the comments as for some reason I am not able to type alot in this box so please read comments. Boulder Ridge falsely accused my girlfriend and I of having per damage inside our apartment. First my girlfriend is highly allergic to both cats and dogs!
