RecommendedI haven’t moved in yet, but my experience with Dani and the staff was absolutely wonderful. From when i first called to inquire about availability, to my tour, to Dani helping meet my needs my experience was awesome. I can’t wait to move in and officially call Greenfield Village my home!
I love my apartment it is absolutely perfect for me. Nebbie and Danni were so very helpful and very nice ladies. They are prompt on getting repairs done in a timely manner when needed. I would recommend to anybody to come there. Thank you, Angela Majority

We loved our time at Greenfield Village Apartments! The staff is absolutely wonderful. They are quick, responsive and caring. We love Nebby and everyone else there! Our apartment was spacious and wonderful while we waited for our house to be built. It felt funny leaving the apartment because it began to really feel like home. Also, they were extremely accommodating as we had some construction delays with our home. You’ll love your time here and the pool is fantastic!!! ❤️
Love living here. The office staff as well as the maintenance crew are friendly and helpful. I am so close to work I can walk or ride my bike if I want to. It’s far more quiet than I could have ever hoped for and my cats have acclimated to apartment living quite nicely. For now it’s a nice place to call home. Greenfield Village Apartments are the BEST! Recently had my water heater bust early on a Sunday morning...called the Emergency phone number and within 6 minutes the Maintenance Crew of Mike and Randy came to save the day. They installed my water heater quickly and had me back in service. A big thank you to Emily Boston, Community Manager; Stephanie Zavala, Leasing Consultant who followed up with me to make sure all was ok; and to Mike and Randy who quickly came to my rescue. They charged a $200 pet deposit plus a $100 security deposit ($300 total)- when we moved out there was $237 of "damages" (id advised documenting because I'm not sure how they got that number) and only used our security deposit for the damages. When asked what the $200 pet deposit was for I was told it was a "just because" fee. Also, they will not turn the air conditioning option on until the weather is consecutively above a certain temp. First of all... worse place to live. 1. We have a downstairs neighbor who keeps harassing us by banging on the ceiling and has yelled "tired of you f****** noise. Clearly we aren't doing anything. Has been going on since July 2nd. You told us you would "write her a letter to stop" her apartment is 1735 apartment B. We have also been documenting each night she does this.
