Canceled my appointment an hour before my scheduled time, I have to pay a fee to reschedule but they can change it whenever this feels very unprofessional and there was no receptionist or staff to help

Very friendly staff which made the experience better. Did make a difference in my depression for the better. Would recommend people suffering from depression to give this a try.
It was a long process. It took dedication to have to go everyday throughout the week, but at the end it was well worth it. I feel much better, the intensity and despair of depression has eased tremendously. So glad I was able to finish the Therapy. Thanks to the staff for all your faithfulness.
