RecommendedI had an emergency. I broke a tooth and it became painful so I showed up at 9am w/out an apt and they saw me right away. The ladies were so kind and professional. Dr Musselman was wonderful; after an exam, he gave me my options and took care of me right then. I was in and out very fast and my weekend is perfect! Thank you all!
Excellent staff and friendly environment! Very Satisfied! Dr. Rizzellio was Spectacular! He did a Wonderful job extracting my 8 year old sons tooth! Exceptional!
my son was getting his braces done here. we moved out of state back in May. I was told his case would be closed and I would no longer be chargeed. well, 2 months later and I am still being charged monthly. No one in billing answers the phone. I have left multiple messages.
Worst customer service ever! Can’t comprehend English and obviously cant do their jobs, it’s sad I have to call another Greenberg dental office to get an update on her appointments because the office manager at Normandy is sorry and lazy and no help at all... I’ve called customer service several times to make a complaint with no help somebody please point me in the right direction to report them!!!!
Treated my husband very poorly and , put someone else teeth in his mouth two times. Dr. would not listen. WE SPENT OVER 7 MONTHS TRYING TO GET IT RIGHT.DR. started all over again and then lost the work again. I will not go there. The wait time is awful.
