Very unprofessional and unorganized office. They make an appointment and still over 2 hours waiting to be seen. They were supposed to send the referral to my insurance company for an extraction of a broken tooth the same day because it was an emergency and over a week later it still hasn't been done. Luckily I told them it was an emergency. .
I have had the worst experience I have ever had with this group. I would only return to them for the most simple procedures.
While any dental location is going to be able to clean and provide you with dental work, this clinic specializes in Hands-off customer service and wasting your time. Go ahead, call and make an appointment, it's pointless. You will still be waiting for 1hr at 8am. And when you ask about the reason for the wait... "we are just overbooked"
this place sucks only one tall spanish lady was nice forgot her name but everyone else who works in the front should be fired i see over and over even on yelp that this place is garbage so i realized you must not really care about your patients or their opinions , i agree with everyone whos given bad reviews GREENBERG DENTAL IS THE WORST DENTAL OFFICE I EVER BEEN TOO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
Horrible front desk
PLEASE DON'T EVER GO TO GREENBERG DENTAL. THEY ARE EXTREMELY INEPT, NOT SANITARY, AND RACIST IF YOUR WHITE! THIS PLACE IS DANGEROUS TO YOUR HEALTH. I DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO GIVE THEM ONE STAR BUT ON THEIR PAGE THEY MAKE YOU PUT AT LEAST ONE STAR BEFORE YOU CAN POST ANYTHING!
They should close this place down!
