This place is horrible - I spent over 6 hrs here for and was not quoted the correct prices for all my dental work. The staff is nice and doctors professional, but do not go here if you want transparency.
Greenberg Dental ruined my teeth at my first appointment. They said I had cavities, they were very aggressive while repairing them, amazingly 2 of those repairs became abcessed, requiring root canals and crowns. Both crowns fell off. I switched dentists, but the damage they caused didn't end there. One tooth required a second root canal because they didn't get all the roots cleaned out. There was not enough tooth for a new crown, so my new dentist put in a filling in an attempt to save the tooth. That lasted a few years, but... read more
I had to wait over an hour after the time of my appointment to be seen. No one ever apologized. The Doctor and staff were unfriendly and unprofessional.
BAD customer service I had an appointment at 11:00 they called me at 12:05 the doctor injected the anesthesia and left and came back at 1:15 my mouth was full with saliva I had to go to the bathroom to spit it out. They should closed that place down.
I hate this place 2 hour waiting every time i go aways a problem with my records the front dest worker never know what there doing, to bad i can't gave you a 0
A esta personas especialmente alas del front dest las deven mandar a una escuela donde enseñen a tratar alas personas como gente. Todas Ella's son unas malas educadas. Muy mal servicio no vuelvo y cuando me preguntan por este oficina. Le voy a decir que si no quieren quedarse sin dientes que no visiten aqui el peor Lugar ..talvez Los doctores no son malos. Pero el front dest Los hace quedar mal. Muy enojada.
Seen as a new patient, walk-in. Good, friendly services without "sales pitches!" Saw Dr. Freeman who was constantly showing concern for my level of comfort. He isn't hard on the eyes either. The assistant, Paula was very naturally friendly. Good experience.
