Worst costumer service ever. I had to wait one hour and half to see the dentist but in vain, my appointment was at 8:00 I show up at 7:45 to be on time. At 9:30 no one shows up. I just left and never going back.
Have been trying to speak with person noted on invoice regarding charges. I have left at least two voice messages a day since October 25th and have not gotten a call back. Message states individual is away from her desk and when you call the alternative 1-800 number the mailbox is full and not accepting any more messages. I then tried calling the Kissimmee office to see if I could speak with someone else and got the answering service. Explained the nature of my call and left a message and to date no return phone call.
They made me a crown and I paid for the porcelain when they were trying to put it on... It broke and they have to do a new temporal plus another porcelain. Worst experience can believe this is a waste of my time and money!
If there was a zero I will give them one, WORST place!! These people do not care about your time, each visit I had to wait for over 2 hours, the staff is unorganized, the place is super dirty, worst medical business in Orlando and Kissimmee. Y ahora en español, este Es el peor Dentista / oficina de doctores que usted va a ir en su vida, super sucios, te hacen esperar por horas aunque usted tenga cita, no pierda su tiempo y salga corriendo
En verdad no tienen tacto con nadie la espera es larga q digo larga larguísima aqui hay q acampar para q te atiendan a la hr q te dan la cita no los juzgo a todos pero hay algunas q trabajan por trabajar pero odian el trabajo y se les nota
