The Conway location is less than average. I normally have not had an issue but the last 6 months at the Conway Lake location the staff is not about patient care and the need to have a new staff or provide better training. I have had multiple issues with this location in the past year. Today I had a permanent crown just fall out of my mouth and expose a nerve. They should close their business. These people are sleazy. Especially the one who calls herself the office manager. A real low life individual. They like to get you into a closed office so they can get as much money out of you as possible. I had good coverage and they tried to argue it would cost me way more. I can't fault the actual work done by the dentists, but they condone the bad customer service and the staff definitely lean toward bullying tactics. They are pretty bad. Patient beware!!
This place is crazy I have my kids in braces and their braces have constant problems we are watching what they eat and they are doing things by the book but my friends son has his braces somewhere else and he doesn’t abide by rules and never has problems. Also don’t bother calling them they never answer or return your call I had to go up there to reschule an appt. leave an hour or so for your appt I never get in before 40 plus mins with kids or me for cleanings ortho is a little better. Quite possibly the worst dental office in the state of Florida. Dr. Ramez Fidy is an absolute trainwreck. I would never recommend anyone to make an appointment there. Its like a cattle call, there only objective is to get you in and out of there so fast, in order to give horrible care to the next person waiting. They dont actually complete any exams or perform treatment, they only take x-rays and use those to give opinions. RecommendedThe Port Orange office is fantastic.. Dr Paiva takes his time to communicate, has never caused me any pain and is a genuinely caring and nice person. Used to be terrified of getting dental work, now I actually look forward to my visits here. Best dentist around!
The way that this business has chosen to deal with the risks associated with covid 19 is completely ridiculous. As every other business they are operating at a limited capacity. When making appointments for oral surgery which requires anesthesia they are not taking into consideration that the patients will account for two people of their capacity (since the patient will need a driver). As such, their covid 19 "procedure" is to have everyone wait in their vehicle. Which wouldn't be terrible, however the duration of said wait ... read more
