Arrogant, rude, incompetent office. Staff needs to listen rather than continuously running off their mouths with demeaning posture and attitude. Look elsewhere for your dental needs.
What good is an appointment if you have to wait 30-40 minutes after your scheduled time? It's just to see the hygienist
The staff is the most arrogant unhelpful and totally incompetent group that I've ever seen the dentist and his assistants were very good but the front desk has no idea of what customer service is or should be
These people suck!!!!!! So pissed right now!!!!! Everyone is giving me the run around!!!!
This place suck! They give you an appointment and almost 1 hour and 30 mins and still waiting. Never again!
Bring my kids all the time and never have had any issues. Pediatric dentist is great. Explains things thoroughly. Love it here. Way better than the St Cloud office
