We have been using this pediatrician group for over 16 years for our 3 kids. Up until the last 5 or 6 years, I have rated them at 5 + stars. I couldnt say enough about how caring and responsive and thorough they are. We felt seen and heard and were remembered and regarded not just as patients but almost like family. They used to be great under Green Tree Pediatrics; very responsive and caring for their patients. Then they merged and became Zarminali Pediatrics. Now you can't anyone to pick up the phone. No option to make a payment online or via the patient portal it says to call. I have called two days in a row and both days have been on hold for over 45 mins and still no one answers so I have had to give up and hang up both times.
