RecommendedWe visited a friend that lives at Green Spring Valley while in town for a NC State game and I must say that it's a beautiful community! We took the kids to the playground, which was amazing btw, and while there a member of the staff stopped by just to say hello. He was such a sweet person and my friend said the entire staff makes you feel like family! I highly recommend this community!

if you like going to the club this is the place loud music all the time and now they are letting the tow company take your car even if is on and you have everything in there you are not aloud to go out for a minute i call the cops and they'd said is an agreement between the office and the company they can't do nothing about

I visited with a friend while on vacation and could not believe how poorly this place is run. My friends car was broken into-\-\she forgot to lock the door. But that is still no excuse for someone to go into her car. Other than the fact they dumped everything out on the floor - nothing was taken. My friend said not to call the management because they didn't care. She said she use to call but no one returned her calls so she stopped calling. We are sorry to hear your friends car was burglarized over the weekend, but the community is not at fault for a vehicle being left unlocked and for criminals to take advantage of that. Crime doesn't have an address and can happen anywhere. Your friend needs to report the incident to the police and file a report and the local police department will look into the crime and work to find those responsible. Green Spring Valley is a horrible place to live. I have lived here for 10 years paid my rent on time for ten years. For ten years my driveway has flooded everytime it rained. I parked my car at the end of my driveway on the grass so my car wouldn't get flooded while I siept. Management had my car towed. No one has stopped flooding in 10 years. I was trying to protect my property. The emergency maintenance guy said that I should park at office and walk home in the dark rain thunder and lightning.
Good neighborhood to live in; neighbors are quiet and to themselves. Office management on top of things when there are any issues. Very pleased with my new home.
