Despite a less-than-ideal experience with the upstairs property, the property manager successfully mediated with the owner to address and repair the damage in our unit. Repair process took much longer than anticipated but the delay wasn't the property manager's fault.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with the property management division of Green Life Realty. Not only did they fail to respond to my emails and calls, but their negligence also resulted in damage to my unit due to an issue with one of their properties. A leak originating from the unit above mine resulted in damage to my downstairs unit.
