Alvin was very good. I met Alvin at 1:00 pm on his day off and bought a 2011 Subaru Outback. I pulled out of the dealership by 3:30 pm. Alvin was professional and friendly, very courteous. Thank's!
This was our first experience dealing with the Green Stores and, quite frankly, I wasn't expecting to find the deal I was looking for outside of St. Louis. However, Alvin Robinson changed my mind, making a satisfactory deal on a new Forester. I don't like pushy, high pressure salesmen, and Alvin proved to be just the opposite, handling the sale in a very professional and personable manner. I would highly recommend him to anyone shopping for a Subaru.
I had this as a new car and they let me watch how to check my oil and put in the windshield washing fluid. I asked lots of questions and they answered them well. It was liberating and helpful

Had a seatbelt broken on my wife's Outlander. Chuck in the service department did an excellent job getting it fixed and working around my schedule to get it in.
It is our second Kia and we are happy with it. Took it in for a 2 year check up and the Green Service dept did an excellent job in a timely manner.
We had more efficient service at Green Toyota then at the Green Kia..

Subaru service outstanding. Service Managers very polite and professional . They kept me informed on the progress of the work being done on my car while I waited.
